The service

First Lane is a browser extension and companion web service that helps you monitor publicly visible vehicle auction listings. It reads pages your own browser loads and does not bid, buy, or act on any auction site on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with the terms of the auction websites you use, including any limits they place on automated access, and for holding whatever licence or membership those sites require to bid.
• Deal scores, receipts and comps are informational estimates built from data the auctions publish and from listings your own patrol observed. They are not appraisals or advice, and you alone decide what to bid.
• One account per person. Team seats are for named buyers at one dealership.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD through Stripe, starting after a 7-day free trial that requires a card. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Yearly plans are not refunded pro-rata except where required by law.

Availability

Auction websites change without notice, and a change can stop First Lane reading a site until we update it. We aim to fix breakages quickly but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Liability

First Lane is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from a missed alert, an incorrect price or score, or a purchase decision. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
